The Office of Accessibility was established in April 2011 and has been the central contact point for students with disabilities, chronic illnesses, and mental health conditions ever since. We offer personal advising and specific support to ensure an inclusive, accessible study environment.
We especially support you in the following:
- Planning and organizing exams with disadvantage compensations, including personal exam accessibility support
- Applying for technical resources and personal assistance for your studies
- Managing personal challenges and acute crisis situations
- Contacting and interacting with offices and institutions within JGU
- Answering legal questions, particularly related to applying and implementing disadvantage compensations
